yamangiyim.com.tr carries out its cargo operations with Sürat Cargo and PTT Cargo. Cargoes of your orders are delivered to the address you specify via Sürat Cargo and PTT Cargo.

How much is your shipping fee?

For orders of 250.00 ₺ or more placed on yamangiyim.com.tr, the shipping fee is not reflected.

When will my cargo arrive?

Your orders until 15:00 are sent to you by cargo on the same day. It is expected to arrive in 1-3 business days. You can track your order with the cargo tracking number sent to you.

Is delivery available on public holidays?

Sürat Kargo and PTT KARGO do not deliver on public holidays.

My order came when I was not at my address.

The cargo company delivers your order to the address you specified. Sürat Cargo and PTT Cargo do not make a second call to the specified address. If you cannot be found at your address, a note will be left informing you that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If you do not receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to yamangiyim.com.tr.
